  I’m creating a website where users upload products and sell, also I will have products that I’m selling. So I am assuming that this is a ecommerce site? If the website takes me a couple months to manage and build am I still paying the monthly cost for Ecommerce?

  You can do this with either the eCommerce Plan or the Business Plan depending on your needs. In order to build out the eCommerce site, you’ll need the features that come with the plan – so, yes, you will be paying for the cost of the plan while building the site.
