We had wordpress business plan set up – what happened? I need someone from support to contact me asap. This is extremely urgent. The entire website design is missing/gone.

kristianpflores, allowed their business plan to expire, which disabled all plugins and any custom theme you may have had installed on the site.Please ask
kristianpfloresto comment in this forum thread, and we can help them add a new Business Plan to the site. Once that’s done everything should start working again, though it might be necessary to reactivate or reconfigure some things – at that point you’ll again have access to live chat to help you with things, though. -
hello – this is the owner. i missed the emails about the plan expiring and thought credit card on file was good but it wasn’t! please help us reactivate businessplan and get the site up and running again! thank you

@kristianpflores, thanks for confirming. I’ll be sending you a link via email in a few minutes. Please use that link to pay for a new Business Plan. Once we receive the payment I can restore the plan to your site, and then you’ll be able to contact live chat support to help you get things set up back the way they were.

Link was received and $300 (!!) payment made. Please let u sknow how to proceed now ot get everything back the way it was.
