website disappeared

  I had a website that I made on wordpress a couple of years ago and it has now disappeared when I search for it online. Do you know what’s happened and how I can see the text again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  thanks, it was http://www.heather-campbell.co.uk and also I had an older one http://www.keepitoff.me.uk Both are gone

  So, I can see that keepitoff.me.uk was mapped to WordPress.com previously. That means that it was just pointed to us but the actual registration was somewhere else.

  When I do a whois search I can see that it was registered through 123Reg and it hosted with BlueHost. Is that how you had things set up? If not, it’s likely someone else has registered the domain.

  The second site, heather-campbell.co.uk, was never connected to WordPress.com. It’s also registered through 123Reg and hosted with BlueHost.

  My suggestion is to contact 123Reg and BlueHost as your next step. We won’t be able to provide any further assistance from our end.
