Website disappeared

  Hi guys, my website has disappeared from my account and from the web. I spoke to my 3rd party web host and they said they have not made any changes but they could see that someone has redirected to Automattic Incorporated? I contacted word press and I keep getting a generic answer that they only help pages hosted by wordpress.
  Can someone please help I just need this rectified asap. Cheers.

  Hi there,

  That domain is not redirecting. It’s pointing to a site hosted by us (WordPress.com/Automattic). Only the owner of that domain can alter its DNS settings and point it here.

  So, if you’re indeed the owner of that domain you need to contact your registrar and get to the bottom of it. Someone might’ve access to your domain control panel and made those DNS changes.
