Website Disappeared – Please help!

Here’s the deal:
My colleague and I use WordPress for a site hosted by Webhostingpad.com. A few days ago our domain successfully renewed, but then our site disappeared.
This is the site in question:
http://monadnockpastoralpoets.org/We have tried to resolve this via Webhostingpad, but they say there are no files and no website. Every folder is empty. While I believe this problem originated at Webhostingpad and had something to do with the domain name renewal, I have run into a dead end with their support.
We would like to see if we can access our site via WordPress directly to restore our content, but we have both always logged into WordPress through an admin blog link on our website. I had to make a whole new WordPress account just to ask this question in this forum because I had no way of contacting any sort of support.
If there are any happiness engineers out there who can help us, we’d be most grateful as we literally have years and years worth of content that appeared to have been lost.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Webhostingpad. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
