Website Displaying Error
-
The spaces between paragraphs are not displaying on my blog post The Year of the Sheep. Is there something going on over on your end?? I have tried everything I can to make have spaces between paragraphs :(. EEK.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I realize that this sounds like a simple solution, but have you tried hitting return twice between paragraphs?
-
Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried this. I have also tried editing it in different modes, different web browsers, different computers. Very odd!
-
Which editor are you using? Is it the newer one or the old “classic” one with wp-admin in the URL?
-
I wrote it in the newer one. However, I have tried editing it in both the newer and “classic” versions to try to remedy the situation. Isn’t it odd?? Maybe I will redo it, as I’ve never had issues before.
-
Try creating a new one from scratch in the old post editor and see if that makes a difference.

Also, if I may give you an unsolicited tip, you are using far too many tags/categories.
As described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/
In most cases, there’s no need to assign more than a handful of tags per post. If you use more than 15 tags and categories (total), your posts will not appear on tag pages (because you don’t want to see irrelevant content showing up there, and neither do we).
-
I greatly appreciate your unsolicited advice (I give it out all the time). I didn’t know that. I am going to go edit some posts and delete some superfluous tags. I don’t know much about WordPress, but plan on reading up on it next week during my boring hospital stay. Feel free to throw anymore advice at me (but gently, I am delicate).
Thanks!!

A great place to start is here:
If you have used WordPress.com for a while, some of it may be a little basic. But there is also a lot of good info there.

Great, thank you. And re: the webpage not displaying properly… I saved the contents of my post in a Word document, cleared the contents of the post, cleared formatting of the post and the Word Document, and then carefully (paragraph by paragraph) pasted the blog back into the post. It is now displaying properly. I obviously had some weird formatting issue I had done by mistake. Thanks for all your help. If it is anything like it is here, stay warm! Best.
