Website does not display the full text or picture on mobile phone

    I am building a website on WordPress – in the build mode when I load text or pictures and view on the Phone, IPAD or Screen icons the display is perfect – however, when i go to the live environment the bottom part of the page is getting cut – how can I fix this ?
