website doesn’t work / even can’t log in

Hello,
unfortunatly my website doesn’t work anymore and it is not possible for me to login.
My host (strato) told me it is due to wordpress, in logfile it says 24.11.2018 14:10:56 evaschmitt.de [client 93.224.62.0] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/mnt/web216/b2/46/54644946/htdocs/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/RZphp71/includes’) in /mnt/web216/b2/46/54644946/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 102
What shall I do?
