  Hello!
  I am trying to move our website domain to another Registrar. I am using your WordPress Support Page on Domains for directions. Bui there seems to be a problem. I have designed my webpage, and it is saved onto my account, but when I click on Domain Management, it says ‘there are no domains available for this site’. I am unsure why it says this because we do have our domain name registered with WordPress…

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to transfer the domain.
