Website Domain Transfer

    Hello,

    I was trying to transfer a domain name to a site on a different hosting platform. In doing so, I went to change the url name here by adding extra letters at the end. Now, neither side can be accessed. What do I do?

    Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, we are not able to help with those.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
