  I currently have a comicpress site that is not loading. It is telling me that the web page is not available, and I can’t load my dashboard to see if I can diagnose the problem. I can tell it’s not a local issue because my comic gets 100 -200 hits per day and right now I have zero and have had zero all day. Thank you for your help.

  That’s not a free hosted WordPress com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. This one is only for free hosted WordPress>COM blog issues. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
