website down?

    My site worked up until my last order on Dec 8th. Now it is down and doesn’t work and I haven’t done anything to it. I did try updating everything this weekend but nothing would update and I remember removing Jetpack because I was getting an error with that and now in WordPress I don’t have any sites listed anymore. If we can’t fix it I would like to transfer it but can’t find the authorization code to transfer it.
