  We need to recover the wordpress (that has expired) data and link it back to our premium plan on godaddy. We can’t export the data, because the website is down, so the admin page isn’t responding. Please help! We’ve been told we only have a few days until the archive is lost forever. We’ve renewed subscription on godaddy but can’t link this back to it.

  Hi there,

  Only GoDaddy can help with that as they were the ones that hosted your site.

  WordPress is the software you used to build your site and it’s not a hosted service. Furthermore, we are WordPress.com a different hosting platform and we’re not associated with GoDaddy.

  If GoDaddy cannot provide you with a backup of your site, you can search then Internet Archive for a cached copy of it.
