  When I go to our website I get this warning:
  ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’ And once I do log in I can only see the side menu but after I click on any item the text that should be coming up is just a grey bar, content is not loading. Please help.

  Hi there,

  Is this in regards to the domain sfcbsa.org? That warning is usually temporary during DNS propagation and I am now able to visit your site and see your content just fine. Are you still having trouble viewing the site? If so, it can take up to a few days for domain propagation to complete.

  Let me know if it is a different site that you are referring to.

  The issue was resolved. It is very frustrating that I needed to talk to a person to resolve the credit card payment issue. You don’t have a billing staff we can talk to and the online system only offers me one option. I had to pay the $119 that includes a fee, to get the website back online when I only needed to pay $20.

  Very disappointed in your customer service.
