Website down – double charge

  Our website is down.
  ledgepointfamilyvillas.com.au
  Also we were incorrectly charged $160 on 3 May 2021 and $120 on 13 April.
  My most recent instruction was to retain the website but not the email address.
  What is to be done to reinstate the website and refund the charge for the email address.

  The domain ledgepointfamilyvillas.com.au is not registered with WordPress.com, but with Terrific.com.au.
  It was mapped to your WordPress.com site but that subscription expired in June. That said, there were no charges made to this account past June 2020, and you can check it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Could it be that you’re referring to subscriptions made with another hosting company?
