Website down due to Currency Convertor Plugin Issue

  Hi. I am facing issue with my site when i installed the currrency convertor plugin , the site crashed and i am not able to access via recovery mode nor i am not able to deactivate or delete the plugin from Word press.

  I have requested an agent to delete it but its 2 hrs now i havent got a response
