Website Down due to Paypal Mixup

    Hello! So there was a mixup with Paypal. They saved a card that is for the non-profit that I run, and a payment went onto that billing instead of my personal page. They were supposed to re run it with the correct card, but they did not run it. It looks like my whole webiste is gone now. How can I get all of my website back!! How can I pay the $18. Now everything is gone but the free stuff. I really need my domain, I have had it for over 17 years. Hoping you guys can help me.
