Website down – FTP won’t connect to Server

    Hi there the website regencytrees.co.uk has been down for a while now and I am trying to get it up and running again. I believe it’s happened when the owner of the site tried to update the WP version or a plugin.
    When I try to connect to the site via FTP I get an error message back saying it couldn’t connect to server because of timeout.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
