Website down / gone

    This would be much easier to explain on the phone, anyway, I’ll try my best to explain on text. I’ve noticed our website down – cannot access it at all either via word press login or just as a customer. Checked my domains, all fine there. When I’ve gone to login as admin, its logged me in as @macawtruffleoberon871 I have no idea who this is, the website is also gone, it’s like a new account. When I’ve gone to put this form in, it also says ‘This site is linked to another WordPress.com account’. Please get in touch ASAP as it looks like a major issue.
