Website down , we want to pay the yearly fee but the creator does not reply

    Good morning,
    The website creator of our website http://www.studentenhuiscuracao.com passed away tragically because of Covid-19. He paid the yearly fee of our website created in WordPress. The domainname has been paid till next year. At this moment the website is not showing up in the browser and we think the yearly payment is the problem. We want to pay this fee as soon as possible. The website creator his name was Tony Delcart, One of his email addresses was :

    I’m sorry for your loss.

    Unfortunately we’re not able to help you, as that site is not hosted with us – it is using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider.

    The domain appears to be registered at https://www.srsplus.com/, so that’s who you need to contact to gain control over the domain, though it appears to be renewed until 27 February 2021.

    Currently the domain is parked at https://sedo.com/ – that landing page you see when you view the site is coming from them.

    And based on historic DNS data I can find, it looks like the domain has been alternating between http://support.confluence-networks.com/ and https://www.servercentral.com/’s IP addresses over the past two years, so those services might have more information for you.

    Between these different companies you’ll hopefully be able to find where your site was most recently hosted, and get it restored.
