  Hi there! I made this website for my Mom a few years ago & we need to edit it: https://barbaramurphycbt.net/. I don’t know what email I used to make it and can’t log in to the site to edit it. Can anyone advise what to do – it has prices and contact details on it that we need to change & we’re not sure what to do! Many thanks, Lauren

  That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Hi, thank you for the feedback. We cannot fill in an account recover form as 1. we are using a free version of WordPress so do not have any transactional id and 2. we do not know what the original email to set it up was so we cannot access the activation url that was sent to the email address. Is there anyway you can show a slightly concealed version of the original email like: (email visible only to moderators and staff) or something like that so we can identify it? What are our options here?
