  We’ve had a website designed but we need the footer to be edited and I have no idea how to do it – we would also like some information on membership supports/chat ability while we are training up in WordPress.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was created only yesterday.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
