Website editing malfunction (WordPress editor + Elementor)

    Hi there,

    I am trying to edit header content including logo and colors. Whether I use WordPress editor or Elementor, I no longer have access to the editing options for some reason. Plus when I make changes in WordPress only, it does not show. I have ocean wp installed on my site. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi there,

    I have checked under your @mitchvrl WordPress.com account and the only site I see there now (createmyselfco.wordpress.com) does not use Elementor or Ocean WP

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
