when i receive orders i am no longer receiving a notification email therefore i do not know when i have received an order until i actually log on my word press, also the customers are no longer receiving emails, i have received complaints from customers because they did not get an email or an order number after placing their order, i tried to use a previous backup of the website but email are still not sending to the customer or the admin email, this is causing me huge problems and inconvenience

The only sites I see on your @caesargiovanniofficial WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:
- caesargiovannicouk.wordpress.com
However, that site does not have ecommerce functionality (it can be added with our Business or eCommerce plan) so is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
