  Hi,

  I am getting this message with the website:

  503 Service Unavailable
  A temporary error was encountered while processing this request.

  Website owner? If you think you have reached this message in error, please contact support.

  The problem is that the person who did the website for us is climbing Mountain Everest and so we are unable to reach her. We are unable to access the WordPress files. I do have access to the basic one but that stopped working when the website went down.

  What can be done for our website to work?

  Hi Ornela,

  There are no WordPress.com sites connected to the account you are contacting us from, which suggests it is owned by another account or not hosted here. What is the address of the site you need help with?

  A 503 error indicates a server problem. If the site was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, your host will be the best people to contact for help with getting things up and running again. If you aren’t sure who that is, I can double check for you.

  This is the first time I’ve read a forum thread which mentions someone Climbing Everest! I’ll keep my fingers crossed the climb is a success :)
