  I already have the hacked files on my Word Press website. How can I remove the problem?

  I already have a list of the specific hacked WP files on my blog site. Now I need to know how to clean these files. Any ideas? Thanks! Ellen

  Your site is made using the standalone version of wordpress.org. This forum is for websites made on the wordpress.com platform.

  We have a guide on migrating your content here:

  But do note plugins and themes downloaded elsewhere can only be used here if you have the Business Plan. You’ll also only be able to transfer your site’s content via a regular WordPress export/import. We don’t offer FTP access, so you can’t upload your site’s source and database files here.

  (It is possible to migrate a full existing WordPress site to a Business Plan site using a migration plugin, but it doesn’t always work, and there are a few requirements to do that, so if you want to go that route, please create a free site and add a Business Plan first, and then start a live support chat so someone can take a look at your setup, recommend the best options, and guide you through the process.)
