  Hi I am having issues with my website. It seems like I have been hacked.

  The account you are logged in to hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com, which suggests the one you need help with many not be hosted here.

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software please contact your host for help or ask for advice in the WordPress.org support forums:

  http://wordpress.org/support/forums

  If you still have access to the site, I recommend changing your password straight away.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
