website hacked

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPBakery Page Builder.

First, visit your website (http://touchpositivefl.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://touchpositivefl.com/wp-admin/) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.7.2
    Current theme: Lambda (version 1.59.5)
Current plugin: WPBakery Page Builder (version 5.7)
    PHP version 8.0.3

    Hi there!

As the error message mentions, the problem seems to be coming from the WPBakery plugin. Can you try deactivating that to see if that solves the problem? You can contact GoDaddy, your hosting service provider, for help with deactivating the plugin as the site is hosted on their servers.

If you want to continue to use this plugin, please reach out to the plugin support for help here: https://support.wpbakery.com/ – make sure to include the error message.

Please note that your site at touchpositivefl.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by GoDaddy. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your hosting service for help or post on the WordPress.org community forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
