Website has suffered critical error and now fails to show up under ‘My Sites’ in WordPress.

I’ve been hosting this site with wordpress for many years now and I have just suffered a white screen saying ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’. I have tried to login to login through the backdoor my website, and to find the website in the ‘My Sites’ list to try and fix the issue but it is not showing up. I need help finding where my site’s management tools are. The site was showing up in ‘My Sites’ before, but now has vanished from that list.
