  Hello, My user name and password are not working for my site. When I reset the password i’m not receiving the password reset email. I donot have any of the verification items because the website guy who helped me with the site has that is not responsive but I do have proof that site is mine and that I pay the domain and hosting package. What is the best and fastest way to get the password reset sent to me instead of to never never land or a possible hacker?

  Until today, I was logging in on
  Deneciajones.com/wp-admin
  With the my website username
  now it states I have the wrong password and when I reset the password that info is not going to any of my email addresses.
