    Hi there,
    I trust this message finds you well. I have to be honest, I have find it very difficult to get hold of the WordPress support team – if I did not check the bottom of this email, I would not have known any better as I have been looking up and down on my WordPress page for assistance. I have recently upgraded to premium and taken out a domain name georgechildwelfare.com, however, I have paid that money to get our website up and running as soon as possible but I have struggled with everything including simple things like how to change the template font. I got absolutely nowhere with the website, while I was trying to find out how to contact the support team. In the mean time, my refund claim has expired, I have upgraded to premium about a month ago. Last week, I have canceled my subscription and with that I have sent a message – but no feedback yet. I am wondering now, how do I get hold of the support team with questions pertaining to our website? I have taken it down in the mean time because of this, I have struggled and I could figure things out – it is not as clear as Wix. I have taken the plan out with you because everyone says that WordPress is the best. Please help me by answering me and if possible, can I claim my R582 back that I have paid, for nothing it seems now. I am on a contract position, my contract ends in a few months and I have made the mistake to pay out of my pocket for so long but now I can’t claim it back from the office because I could not get the website online.
