Website homepage

Even after changing the theme, the website homepage when refreshed turns back into the theme and content I used when I first setup my wordpress website. The homepage which I have made for my website is looking more like a lite version of my site although it is not. Also all the other pages linked with my website are working fine but it’s the homepage only. In addition to this, the wordpress toolbar at the top of frontend of website is not visible even after I have logged into the wordpress.

When visiting first time it will look like in black and white theme which is exactly the way I want it to be. But as I refresh/reload the website, the theme turns into blue and I even can’t see the wordpress toolbar at the top after being logged in.
