website image? HOW?

  I have been working all day on this. I cannot for the life of me figure out how I am supposed to get my image to appear on my website blog replies. I want to replace the damn grey image with my picture. Why do you make it so difficult? I see no place to get that done, and this is the whole reason I went through hell to join this thing. Hello? Is anyone even there??????

  Why the hell did I get directed to wordpress? My question was for gravatar! What is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET MY IMAGE TO APPEAR ON MY WEBSITE AND I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET HELP FOR GRAVATAR!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
