Website is blocked due to ToS infringement

  Hello everyone,

  I was told my website has been suspended from WordPress.com for violating the Terms of Service.

  I am at the very begining of the designing phase and I have no clue why I was flagged and blocked.

  I haven’t got a paid plan yet since I was just starting building the site.
  However, since I don’t own a paid plan, I can’t talk to a human apparently…

  And now that I don’t have access to the site, I can’t change and update it.

  I am stuck and I feel quite upset since I was counting on this website to promote my business.

  How do I get back access to my site so I can move on with my work?
