I tried to migrate my site to Bluehost, but it didn’t work. My website is not at my https://www.carolinepowersauthor.com any more but it’s not been transferred to Bluehost either.

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that carolinepowersauthor.com is connected to a WordPress.com site but it is under a different account and not your @carolinespowersgmailcom login.
