Website is gone
-
When I log into my wordpress account, it says I don’t have any sites with wordpress and asks if I’d like to create one. When I type my website in, it fails to open the page. When I tried to call support, it went through an automated speech and hung up. When I try to chat, it only gave me the option to post in the forums. Does anybody know what happened?

My website is http://www.jupiterdoodles.com
My brother says he can still access it. I cannot on my phone or laptop. When I log into my WordPress, my dashboard is gone and the only thing it says is to start a site. I am not good with technology. My website took me a very long time to set up the basics. Any help is appreciated.

Your site is up an running but it isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a WordPress.com account for login.
You can login at http://www.jupiterdoodles.com/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up that site. -
When I click that link or type it in myself (which is how I’ve always signed in) it says “failed to open page.” When I login on WordPress from Google, that’s when it tells me I don’t have a website.

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host jupiterdoodles.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Hostgator) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
