  We are looking for our client website and its nowhere to be found I understood that there is a chance that it was deleted due to it was not renew or payed, we did not receive any notification of this situation is the a backup of our client site on you all server?

  We can’t help as your site wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. If you didn’t make a proper backup, content of that site is gone forever.
