    Hi, I am owner of this website http://www.lapela.fi. I cant log in my account or my page at all. Can you please addvise me. I got some links to my email:

    [removing private links]

    But it is not allowing me to log in to WP and also those links are not working. Please help me ASAP!

    Hi Susanna, sorry to hear it’s giving you trouble! I removed the password reset link for your privacy. Also, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code, but perhaps we can point you in the right direction.

    Are you using lapela.fi/wp-admin to log in?

    If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:

    Or if you’re seeing an error message, you might look into that more specifically.
