we paid for this website to be built in 2019. It is ‘parked’ not sure what that means. Can someone help us? The creator is not answering us?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

The domain seasidecontainers.com expired 16 days ago.
It can still be renewed by the account which owns the domain under https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

Im not sure I understand? We, as the company, bought and paid for the site to be built. I was unaware there was a renewal payment I missed. The person who built it has not responded to my calls or emails tho. My advertising and sales is significantly affected by the site not being up. Options? Please lol

Domains are the property of the WordPress.com users who register them, so I recommend continuing to get in contact with this particular individual.
If you absolutely cannot make contact with them, please send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com explaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.

Thanks! I appreciate all your help. I found the invoice dated June 26, 2019 where it says WordPress Yearly hosting charge included, direct pay from SeaSide and Domain Name yearly charge setup to recur for consecutive years- $25/ yr I believe the card expired so that may have been issue. Will keep trying to contact the builder, but everyday our site is down I lose business :( Thanks again.

That invoice may have a transaction ID on it, and if so there is one option: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
