website is public but but can see anything when i login to wordpress

we hired a guy to make a website. it worked great. we were able to edit the site a couple times by logging in to wordpress. Today the website is still up and running (www.kokonutkeiki.com) but when we log into word press to edit (change the store inventory), their is nothing there for us to edit? Anyone have any idea whats going on? I’m new to this stuff so please speak layman terms. Thanks

notice my message automatically added “The blog I need help with is kokonutkeiki.wordpress.com”..The website that you can see is actually http://www.kokonutkeiki.com. Just wanted to point that out because I’m assuming they should be the same???
