Website isn’t loading properly

My website isn’t properly loading. The menu simply appears as bullet points and the structure is all off. I have tried changing themes and deactivating plugins but it doesn’t work. Any help is great.

We are not your hosting provider, so we have no control over or access to your site at all. The version of WordPress we use on WordPress.com is also different from the version you’re using on your site. Support for your version is provided by the community who makes that software on WordPress.org.
Upgrading your hosting is a matter between you and your hosting provider, and makes no difference to whether or not we can help with your site.
The purchase you made from us yesterday is for a premium plan for the Jetpack plugin. That is not an upgrade to your hosting, but simply an upgrade to the Jetpack plugin. That includes email support for the Jetpack plugin from the Jetpack support team at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
But the issue you’re describing is not an issue with the Jetpack plugin. It’s an issue with the WordPress software, or possibly your theme, and neither we, nor Jetpack support, can help you with those.
