website isn’t responding

Hello,
I have made some changes on the website and suddenly it stopped responding, by searching from my laptop atella.se the website doesn’t open. On the other hand from my phone’s connection the website is responding. do you have an explanation to this issue and what I can do to solve it? -

However, for what it is worth, I am not having any trouble viewing atella.se from my desktop browser.
