  Hi I had pay for my renewal and i am not able to use my email and when I tried to go to my website said that doesn’t exist. I need this to be fix as soon as possible. Thank you

  What is the domain address that you are trying to renew? There isn’t any history of upgrades under the account you are contacting us from. Is the domain hosted with us here at WordPress.com or is your site a self-hosted WordPress.org site?
