Website Issue

  I have using static WordPress website. When I’m trying to create a new page, the page published with existing page which is previously created. I have set theme to default WP 2019 and deactivated all the plugins but still getting the issue.. How can I resolve that issue can you suggest your solution for this

  What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform as your account is only 23 minutes but doesn’t have a website?
