Website Link issue

  We cancelled our subscription with WordPress and the old link transfer is still working : when we type ‘mywebsite.com’ it automatically transfer us to mywebsite.wordpress.com. How do we resolve this please?

  Hi –

  The domain mapping on soludistribution.com has been cancelled from soludistribution.wordpress.com. I just double checked that on our side.

  The domain name servers are still pointed to us though. What you need to do is edit those in order to point the domain to the new provider. You’ll do this from the domain registrar (not WordPress.com). I hope that helps.
