Website loading way too slow

  Hi! I have used smush to compress images and for some reason, I am unable to download and activate plugins that I have read that would help like WP Rocket etc to help speed up my sight. I have used themify and after checking its optimization stats on

  it shows that its due to themify also- not just the images. I wondered if someone could help me with an alternative as I have used themify because of the way I wanted my site to look like but now it’s coming at a timely cost. Thanks in advance
