  i need to access my website login so i can get some backend work done but the person who built the website will not give me the logins

  Hi,

  Is the site you are working on hosted with WordPress.com? Or is it a site usign the open-source WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere (GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc)?
