Website login lost due to change in domain.

I tried to change my WordPress domain with some instructions I found online and it suggested I change my WordPress URL. However, when I did that, I was kicked out of my WordPress account. I use Bluehost as my hosting site and I have tried to contact them to figure out the problem, but I have not had any success as of yet. Basically I want to change my domain, but I can’t because I can’t log into my account. My previous domain is about to expire in a few days and I am afraid that I will lose my site if I do not figure this out ASAP. When I type in my new domain or my old domain into the web address, I cannot find either. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks.
