Website Login Trouble

  Hello, I’m having trouble logging into my wordpress website.
  when I enter my email to retrieve my password I am given a message which states that states that the email is not connected to a wordpress account. I can make edits from my wordpress account page, but I cannot ‘visit site’ because my admin credentials do not match. Please help!

  Hi wildgooseproject,

  wildgooseproject.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. The Jetpack plugin creates a connection to WordPress.com, which means you have two sets of login details:

  • Login details for your account on https://wordpress.com
  • Login details for your account on the site itself at http://wildgooseproject.com/wp-admin

  You’ll want to make sure you are entering the username and password for your account on wildgooseproject.com — Bluehost will be the best people to contact if they don’t work because the login details are stored on their servers.

  The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need more advice with this site.
