  Hello, I really need help!
  Back in 2013, we hired a freelancer to create our company site: Jasminesavesyoumoney.com or jasmineengineering.com
  We’re trying to log in, and the email we think is associated with the site is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Can you verify that this is the correct user ID? I’m not worried about the password as we can easily reset it.

  Every time I log in with that email, the web page looks entirely different.
  I’m starting to think I may have a log-in for a site that was never published.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hey there! I can’t verify it from our side because the site isn’t hosted here, but are you using http://jasmineengineering.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
